The Board of Trustees created the Organ Acquisition Committee. Its duties include: 1) fundraising activity to acquire an organ; 2)  the purchase of said organ; 3) the transportation to and installation of said organ in Emerson Unitarian Universalist Church; and 4) the repayment of monies loaned to it from the Church.

The Board of Trustees authorizes the Organ Acquisition Committee to conduct fundraising activities to fulfil their above stated duties; and agrees to loan said committee $5000.00 for the purchase, transportation, and installation of said organ, if needed.
