The Board of Trustees corrected the terms of office of Stephen Lipp and Mary Fehr to the Nominations Committee as determined at the December 2025 Congregational Meeting. At this meeting, Stephen Lipp and Mary Fehr were inadvertently given three- year terms to the Nominations Committee; their terms ending on December 31, 2028.
However under Article VI, Section D of the Church Constitution, members of said committee may only be appointed to two year terms. The Board recognizes the validity of the election of these individuals, but finds the third year of their terms to be in violation of the Church Constitution. The Board, therefore, modifies their terms of office to reflect that Stephen Lipp and Mary Fehr will serve two year terms with the Nominations Committee, their terms ending on December 31, 2027.

The Board of Trustees agrees to recommend at the next Congregational Meeting that money be transferred from the Endowment Fund to the Reserve Fund for the cost of replacing the second story A/C unit to Westwood Hall.
