A national newspaper recently advised people who were disappointed in the last election to seek out a UU church to find alignment and comfort! Why haven’t we been sharing more about who we are with the world ourselves? Are we afraid of being misunderstood, or judged? Maybe it’s because we generally regard “evangelism” with disdain. For many of us, the E-word elicits thoughts of outspoken proselytizers trying to convince others to believe the way they do. But what if there was a way to spread the news about our wonderful faith? And did you know it has been done successfully in the past?
Our Worship Services are weekly reflections weaving together our own thoughts and experiences with music, beauty, poetry, and words that both comfort and challenge. Our programs for all ages inspire us, and awaken us to our capacities to make a difference in our own lives and in the world.
