Special Congregational Meeting

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. To elect Dori Wolfe as President of the Board of Trustees
– To correct an omission from the January Annual Meeting
2. To elect Michael Bloom as Vice President of the Board of Trustees
– To correct an omission from the January Annual Meeting
3. To explain why there are still 9 trustees even though we voted in December to reduce the board size to 7 trustees.
4. To elect seven members of the Search Committee

All members and friends of Emerson are encouraged to attend and participate in this special meeting whether in person, via Zoom, or via proxy. Everyone who has been a member for at least 90 days is eligible to vote.

At the meeting you will be asked to vote for seven of the people on the list to be on the Minister Search Committee. Please review the bios and reflect thoughtfully on which 7 you believe will create a strong representative committee.
