Planning an event in the Galleria area? Our facilities are available for day, week or longer-term rental. We host business, civic, educational and social events. Our lush, shaded gardens are a perfect setting for unforgettable photos. We have on-site parking for 200 cars and all of our buildings are wheelchair accessible.

Contact Congregational Administrator Alejandra Gonzalez. She’ll answer your questions about our facilities, rental rates, and availability.

Please note that Emerson Church does not provide catering. However, renters are allowed to have their events catered by outside vendors. Here in the Galleria area, there are many fine catering companies very close by.

Sanctuary

Ideal for weddings, civil unions, lectures, and concerts, our Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Sanctuary seats over 400 people in a traditional church setting and makes a lovely location for individual and group photos. It offers spectacular acoustics, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, a raised “stage” with two lecterns, a choir area with risers and a private staging room on each side. The space also features a foyer, restrooms with lounge, dressing rooms and a cry room for fussy babies, equipped with speakers so their parents won’t miss a thing!

Reception Area

The lofty, light-filled Clara Barton Gathering Place is bright and open, making it another great choice for smaller weddings, art exhibits and presentations. This area joins the Sanctuary to Delaney Hall, our LEED-certified education and administration building.

Classrooms

Got a smaller gathering? Many of our classrooms are available for rental, seating fifteen to sixty people.

Westwood Hall

The large picture windows throughout Westwood Hall offer shady views of our lush, wooded gardens, yet still allow for darkening of the room for visual presentations. Westwood Hall features projection equipment, a small raised stage with lectern, large warming kitchen with serving counter, two separate meeting spaces, and private restrooms with lounge—excellent for receptions, art exhibits, lectures and presentations.
