Religion has been greatly affected by developments in science over the last few centuries. This has been especially true of the knowledge that has been gained about the microcosm of particle physics. The goal of this session is to examine the effect of science on our religious and spiritual thoughts, using quantum theory as an example. Not intended to be a science lesson, the hope is that the material will inspire awe of our natural world.
What are your family traditions? As a child? As an adult? Where have you spent your Thanksgivings?
Is saying “I’m sorry” enough? How can we address harm in personal relationships? In the public square? In our institutions? In our nation?
