The story of the Israelites’ Exodus from slavery is the foundation of Jewish ethics. The Torah (Jewish Bible) insists no less than 36 times we are obligated to protect the powerless. The Seder is a wonderful opportunity for families of any faith, culture, or ethnicity to reconnect to their personal stories and values. By understanding and connecting with the modern-day relevance of the Passover celebration, we are able to tap into the well of divine energy we all have within our souls to help us to create societies based on the principles of justice, righteousness and compassion.
Our Worship Services are weekly reflections weaving together our own thoughts and experiences with music, beauty, poetry, and words that both comfort and challenge. Our programs for all ages inspire us, and awaken us to our capacities to make a difference in our own lives and in the world.
