This theory of everything has been most useful at understanding complex individual and social environments. These include use in post-apartheid South Africa, informing educational and development programs in Mexico and the Netherlands, and shaping Whole Foods company culture. In Israel and Palestine, its principles helped some leaders on both sides understand the deep-seated values driving the conflict (but with limited success). See its view of upcoming cultural changes – including some markedly positive features.
