Brunch Church Guest Minister Rev. Aisha Ansano, Nourish UU

When we find ourselves in difficult situations, how can we join together as a community to appreciate what we already have? Join us for an embodied, participatory worship service in the dinner church model. We’ll share a story and small group discussion alongside some of our more traditional Sunday morning elements. Please bring at least a few bites of food or sips of drink, real or imaginary, for our communal rituals.

Rev. Aisha Ansano is a co-founding minister of Nourish UU, and she believes that deep relationship building is crucial in the struggle for justice in our world. Rev. Aisha and Rev. Emily Conger created Nourish to help Unitarian Universalists feel fed in body and spirit through embodied worship experiences. Rev. Aisha lives in Malden, MA with her partner, and is the affiliated community minister at First Parish in Malden, MA. Learn more about Nourish at nourishuu.org.
