Joining Emerson Unitarian Church

Membership in Emerson Unitarian Church is open to anyone who is in general agreement with a religious society dedicated to the principles of a free faith. We believe that the authority for your belief is your own conscience and intellect. We only ask that you be willing to undertake your religious quest and contribute personally and financially to further the activities of the church. Joining Emerson Unitarian Church is simple.

We offer an informative introductory program several times a year, called Pathways to Unitarian Universalism (see the Adult Education Page) but attendance is not required for membership.

If you decide you would like to accept our invitation to join the Emerson congregation, please complete a green membership card next Sunday and give it to an usher or mail it to the church. The cards are available in the pew racks and at the Information Corner in The Clara Barton Gathering Place. For further information, please contact the Membership Committee or our Ministers
